By accessing The Nexus services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
General Service
- The Nexus provides IPTV subscriptions and IPTV reseller panels.
- Channel and VOD availability may change or be removed at any time without notice.
- The service is activated for the agreed period; proof of expiration may be sent by screenshot/email.
- Each subscription supports one connection. Multi-device simultaneous use may cause termination.
Device and Access Responsibility
- Customer must provide device type, model, app, and MAC when required.
- If no device details are provided, M3U format may be delivered and may not be changed.
- Maintenance, buffering, freezing, and interruptions can occur and are part of IPTV operation.
Orders, Billing, and Cancellation
- Orders may be refused/canceled for fraud, pricing errors, or availability issues.
- No formal cancellation request is required; service ends at subscription expiration.
- Payments are processed via third-party payment providers.
Content, Accounts, and Copyright
- Users are responsible for content they post and must have rights to that content.
- Accounts must use accurate information and may be terminated for violations.
- Copyright claims can be reported to admin@thenexusbeyond.xyz.
Liability and Law
- Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees.
- The Nexus is not liable for third-party website content or provider outages.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, United States.
